“Over the past 25 years, my wife and I have contracted to build eight houses and vacations homes.
We always made the effort to seek out the best contractors for our projects. Sometimes, however,
the reputation of the “best contractor” was not warranted and our expectations were not met.
We entered into a home project with DCS. We met with the contractor and his staff to review the
details of the house construction and all the amenities that would become part of the home. Without
a doubt, we witnessed the use of the best construction practices and materials as the house was solid;
the job site was clean and organized; communications with DCS were constant during the construction
process; the use of state-of-the-art energy efficient construction methods and appliances was
incorporated; the house met “green” standards; and the attention to detail by the contractor well

We felt so comfortable with the entire process that we returned to Ohio for a few months while construction

At the house closing, DCS presented us with two large plastic storage containers which held all of the
important warranty documents and appliance manuals. The punch list was completed in a timely manner
and all issues that arose after the closing were immediately taken care of.
We will probably not build another house because we love our DCS home, but in the event that we decide
to build again, DCS is our hands down choice in hiring a contractor.”
